This is basic charge. The rate fluctuates by (consecutive holidays, the year-end and New Year holidays) at time.
Please refer for the one wanting to know the detailed rate of the use due date willingly.

The expenses for lighting and fuel pay the difference separately.

：チェックイン／チェックアウトの時間はご相談下さい。
：当日は最寄駅までお迎えにあがります。
：チェックアウト後のお荷物の預かり可能です。
：チェックインの際には身分証明書（パスポート）のご提示をお願いしております。
：Please talk in time for check-in / check-out.
：On the day, we will pick you up at a nearest station.
：Custody of the baggage after the check-out is possible.
： In the case of the check-in, I ask for the presentation of the identification card（Passport）.
キャンセルポリシー
到着一週間前にキャンセルの場合50％返金（手数料は除く）
Cancellation policy
In the case of the cancellation of a contract, I refund it by 50% one week before arrival.（The fee is excluded.）
