鍵について（About a key）

利用中は個室の鍵を１本貸与します。鍵を紛失した場合は2,100円をご負担頂きます。

I lend one key to private room during the use. When you lose a key, please bear 2,100 yen.

 

設備・備品について（About facilities・equipment）

室内にある設備はすべてご利用頂けますが、お客様の過失により設備が破損または紛失した場合は、原状回復費用をご請求させていただきます。

備品を使用した後は元の位置にお戻し下さい。
調理器具、食器の使用後はキレイに洗い、拭いてから元の場所にお戻しください。

外出の際はエアコン・電気等は必ず消してください。

All the facilities in the room are available, but demand a restitutio in integrum expense when they are damaged or facilities are lost by the fault of the visitor.
Please go back up at the afterward original position using the equipment.
I wash it after a kitchen utensil, use of the tableware neatly, and, please go back up in the original place after wiping it.
Please put out an air-conditioner, the electricity on the occasion of going out by all means.

 

貴重品に関して（About valuables）
お荷物・貴重品の管理は各自でお願いします。
万が一、紛失や破損がございましても責任を負い兼ねますのでご了承ください。 

The management of valuables would like each person baggage.
I cannot take responsibility by any chance even if there are loss and damage.

 

その他の注意点（Other matters that require attention）
室内での喫煙はご遠慮ください。発火または引火しやすい薬品の使用など、火を使う行為は一切禁止です。

深夜の大声での談笑や、近隣の迷惑になるような行為はお止めください。

第三者を当ハウスに招いたり、設備・備品を使用させたりしないでください。

ゴミは分別の必要はありませんが、ビニール袋等にまとめるようお願い致します。

ハウスルールを守れない方・近隣の住民に迷惑をかけた方は、即時退去を強制させていただくことがあります。

敷地内における事件や事故に関して、スタッフ一同、一切の責任を負い兼ねます。

Please refrain from the smoking in the room. An act to use the fire including ignition or the use of a flammable medicine for is prohibition entirely.
Please stop the chat in the late-night loud voice and the act that are a nuisance to the neighborhood.
I invite a third party to our house, and, please do not let me use facilities, equipment.
